Yes! At Energy Dance, we offer a free, no-obligation trial class. Just fill out the form and we'll contact you to reserve your spot.
Not at all. We have groups for all levels, from people who've never danced before to experienced students looking to improve. You just need a desire to have fun and learn.
Classes start at age 3, and there's no upper age limit. We have groups for children, teens, and adults, so it's never too late to start!
Starting with the 2025/26 academic year, at Energy Dance you can learn more than 15 different styles of urban dance, with a clear and professional structure. We offer classes in: Hip Hop, Commercial, Dancehall, Old School, Locking, Popping, Breakdancing, Urban Dance, Afro, Waacking, House, Sexy Style, Heels, among others. Each style is developed in a unique way, so you can understand its essence and specific technique.
All of our teachers are professionally trained and specialized in urban dance. This allows us to guarantee that each class maintains a high-quality standard, and that the entire team follows a consistent methodology, understanding and knowing how to apply the different styles we teach. Thus, each student receives solid, clear training with realistic objectives.
In addition, we offer complementary classes such as stretching, physical preparation, and acrobatics, which reinforce the physical and artistic development of each dancer.
If you want to go further, you can join the Energy Dance Crew, our competition team. Entry is conducted through a casting call every September, and different groups are organized by age and level. This company participates in events, national and international competitions, television, music videos, shows, and other artistic and professional projects.
Energy Dance is much more than a school: it's the place where you learn, grow, and connect with urban dance from the ground up to high performance.
We're located in Abrera, conveniently located and accessible from Martorell, Esparreguera, Olesa, Collbató, and the surrounding area. There's free parking nearby and you're also easily accessible by public transport.

Comfortable clothing, sneakers, and a lot of enthusiasm. If you're coming to try it out, you don't need anything else. We recommend a bottle of water.
Yes. As long as there are places available, you can start at any time of the year. We adapt the class so you can integrate easily.
Of course! Many students come with friends, siblings, partners… If you come together, you'll have an even better time.
